Dennis of American Shed Builders showed up when he said he would, and was knowledgeable and accommodating. (He said that his guys would take the minimal stuff out of my existing shed before they knocked it down, and then put it all back in the new shed. And that's exactly what they did.) The pricing was transparent; he brought a price list and color charts with him that he left with me, and based on my existing shed he recommended one of the models in an appropriate size. On the day the new she was to be installed, his guys showed up as promised. They emptied out my existing shed, took it down (and took away the shed remnants for recycling), put up the new shed, put on its siding, and painted the doors the color I had chosen. They showed me how the doors and ramp worked, and were out of here a little more than four hours after they arrived. I am glad I chose American Shed Builders, and when I look out my window, I'm so glad to see my new shed instead of the rusting hulk that it replaced.

He was extremely personable, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The quality of his work was excellent, and the cost was very reasonable for everything that was accomplished. We met with Dave back in December to brainstorm and to provide a quote for the jobs. He was very professional and timely with providing us with options on the project and a clear-cut price. He helped us remain on target throughout the process and in the end, we paid exactly what he estimated we would (very comforting because we were on a tight budget). Dave began our first bathroom on time and finished within the allotted time frame. My wife and I both work but felt completely comfortable with Dave being in our home without supervision. When we're were home while Dave was working, he was great with our children, cat and dog and always left his work area very neat when leaving for the day. After completing the first bathroom, he ensured that everything was completed to our liking and then proceeded to knock out the second bathroom with the same timely precision. He just completed the final touches this past weekend and we really can't thank him enough. We are so pleased with his work and communication and are lucky to have found his business online last summer. We can't wait to use him for future projects. We wholeheartedly recommend Dave to any family needing some updating in their homes. Thanks, brother!!

I had a fantastic experience with Zip to Zip for my out-of-state move…read more Alanna Brown, my relocation specialist, was patient, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire planning process easy and found me the best-priced moving date. All I had to do was send photos of my apartment--she accurately documented my inventory, provided a competitive quote, and, most importantly, the quote was honored with no surprises. On moving day, Ika and Soso arrived right on time. They worked quickly while taking great care of my belongings, and they were both friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to chat with throughout the move. The entire move was completed just under the estimated time, and the final price matched the quote exactly. Reliable and transparent - highly recommend.

Zip to Zip Moving DO…read moreNOT USE THIS COMPANY! Here are the FACTS of my experience. 1. They were scheduled to arrive between 8:00am to 9:00am and arrived at 10:45am. 2. Upon arriving at my new location, one backed up the truck while the other two didn't bother spotting him - the driver backed into my brick pillar breaking bricks and the light. They literally brought out some sort of epoxy and said they could fix it! I called the police who wrote up a crash report. I accepted the company's offer to take money off the cost of the move because I had no confidence that their insurance company would promptly pay - I feared I wouldn't end up with anything but a lot more frustration. 3. At the end of the move, I realized they had forgotten to move an elliptical machine that was in the basement - when I brought it to their attention, they said nothing and just left. 4. At my old house they left the garage doors open and lights on - my wife didn't want to have to drive back to the house but was worried they might have done something like this - totally irresponsible! 5. Without asking my permission, they borrowed my hand dolly. After they left, I found it in the backyard with a wheel broken off. (I sent the company a picture of it.) This is absolutely not acceptable. 6. They left packing material all over the house - when I asked about them taking it with them they said that isn't something they do. 7. They did not remove their shoes or put on "booties" even though it was raining out and caused significant scuff marks on my hard wood floor - which I also took a picture of. On June 23rd, I wrote an email to the customer service agent and a manager with whom I had been speaking. No reply. I followed-up with another email on June 24th and received a phone call saying that they would address my issues by the following day. It has now been over a month and I still have heard nothing. All of this is beyond outrageous! As a small business owner, I completely understand when "stuff happens" but when it does you do everything you can to "make it right" - not ignore the customer! Do not use this company!!!

I've had Marina's guidance on various topics. I have had in-person sessions with "paper piles"…read more where she helps me be honest about how I function (or don't) and offers tools to support my natural style of getting "it" done. The piles are smaller, I have a greater gentle awareness of myself, and I have support to try new(=scary) ways that WORK. She has an easy way about her and very stiff lips regarding confidentiality. Trust me, I tried figuring if she shared about other's she'd share about me. Zip. Zero. Nada. She did share amusing antidotes about herself. I tried her phone session when I was tired of wrestling my time management blocks on my own. Again, a pocket full of new tools, but not enough to overwhelm me. Final trust fall was when she came to help me sort through my deceased father's belongings. She laughed with me, handed me tissues when I lost it, listened and I was able to find... and enjoy... my back porch by the end. She actually encouraged me to keep some items when she sensed I may have been ripping the band aid off too quickly. I have no regrets for what I've let go of and have more space for joy. Please give yourself the gift of letting Marina facilitate you when you know it's time to change.

She takes the time, gets to know you, and helps to create a system that will work for you. Marina is absolutely wonderful!
