The quality of customer service is awful. You will have to chase them down just to get routine…read moreservice. For 2 years in our new house we signed up for the routine service, and he would call and arrange to spray 2-3 times a year, BUT as soon as we developed a cockroach problem last year we have been basically left on our own. Our regular tech came out when we called, but then no follow up. We called again 2 weeks later and they sent a new tech. Instructed me to remove EVERYTHING from the kitchen - I did, only to have the tech spray boric acid into a few outlets & behind the stove. Said cockroach abatement was additional $. Ok fine I want them gone! Again, no follow up. We wanted to support a small local business, but apparently if we want professional service we have to go elsewhere.

A weird man came to my house yesterday 25 minutes early. It was imperative for them to come after 5…read morebecause I just got off of work and I needed time to get things ready. But I let him in and offered him a drink. I pulled out everything from the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom cabinets like I was told. I also pulled every piece of furniture away from the baseboards. So it seemed messy. The only thing the bug guy pointed out to me was behind the stove. Which I did not know was not supported by brackets locking it in. Reed had the audacity to report back to my landlord that my house was not very clean. This can cause a disturbance in my lease and the relationship between my landlord and I. Which could lead to financial losses for myself. Beware of unprofessionalism this company may give false representation of character and accusations of misuse of properties.

In not even 24 hours we've already seen a great deal less of the living bugs which gives me great confidence in the work Bulwark is doing for a great cost.
