Our regular tech came out when we called, but then no follow up. We called again 2 weeks later and they sent a new tech. Instructed me to remove EVERYTHING from the kitchen - I did, only to have the tech spray boric acid into a few outlets & behind the stove. Said cockroach abatement was additional $. Ok fine I want them gone! Again, no follow up. We wanted to support a small local business, but apparently if we want professional service we have to go elsewhere.

Reed had the audacity to report back to my landlord that my house was not very clean. This can cause a disturbance in my lease and the relationship between my landlord and I.
