For 2 years in our new house we signed up for the routine service, and he would call and arrange to spray 2-3 times a year, BUT as soon as we developed a cockroach problem last year we have been basically left on our own. Our regular tech came out when we called, but then no follow up. We called again 2 weeks later and they sent a new tech. Instructed me to remove EVERYTHING from the kitchen - I did, only to have the tech spray boric acid into a few outlets & behind the stove. Said cockroach abatement was additional $. Ok fine I want them gone! Again, no follow up. We wanted to support a small local business, but apparently if we want professional service we have to go elsewhere.

But I let him in and offered him a drink. I pulled out everything from the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom cabinets like I was told. I also pulled every piece of furniture away from the baseboards. Which could lead to financial losses for myself. Beware of unprofessionalism this company may give false representation of character and accusations of misuse of properties.
