I had successful back/disc surgery many years ago but recently started having symptoms of a pinched nerve in my lower back with nerve pain running down my right leg. I knew if I went to a spine surgeon they would recommend surgery and that is something I did not want to have. Consequently, through my Pilates instructor I found Dr. Aaron and Flintridge Family chiropractic office with hope that he could help me. After an extensive consultation, x-rays and an agreed-upon treatment plan I dedicated myself to three visits per week for two-three months. The results of my visits and treatment so far have been nothing short of extraordinary. He listens to you and tries his best to provide you with as much assistance as you need. I addressed my issues and he is thorough with any pain or discomfort you may have. Rose just hung up on me and said "ok, bye." Just. Hung. Up. When I called back and asked to speak to her she rudely said "I thought the conversation was over." NOPE! When you abruptly hang up on someone, the conversation isn't over. How dare anyone question a patient's inability to keep an appointment when they've been treated in an ER the night prior & it was not remotely related to my chronic pain. I have zero history of substance abuse & would have happily peed in a cup if I could've kept the appointment. But, I was dismissed, demeaned, and not listened to. I felt horrible. I guess everything happens for a reason and I'm glad I didn't wind up in this joke of an office. Seriously stay away. Ps. Interesting that there is a glowing review of Rose & the doctor from the same day my appointment was scheduled to see their NP because I was told Dr. Villanueva was not in the office.
