The initial interaction and application of the service was reasonable, except certain areas were overlooked by the installer. The company addressed those concerns in a timely manner at the start. However, folks need to be aware that certain other warranty repair requests in the future can take weeks for a response, and those repairs may not match your original coloring selected. I recommend you ask for a bag of the flakes used at installation so you don't end up with complete mismatching spot repairs in the future with the exception of some minimal fade in color over time. As for epoxy vs polyspartic, both are basically equal, so just go with the best price and warranty when comparing with other companies. read more

This review is written on my own free will as I like to help out small businesses that go above and beyond while also providing exceptional quality work. Including Garage Ovation I had three (3) quotes from three different contractors. What sold me was Eric. His expertise and attention to detail on what he wants done impressed me. Additionally, he worked with me to address a slight issue I had near a portion of the garage door that was sloped slightly inward (garage side) allowing rain water to come in. He also addressed some boards I had for my house garage entrance that he replaced so that it would be a better match for his product. He addressed some bad caulking I had done that he included. Talk about knowing your product, Eric knows this stuff inside and out. He didn't approach me in a cookie cutter approach and expressed great interest in me as a customer not ever making me feel rushed during the consult or to sign a contract. Garage Ovation even came a little above the lowest quoted contractor and yet I was more than happy to invest in Eric and Garage Ovation feeling confident that the end result would be a banger and it sure was! Another piece of "above and beyond" is that I made a mistake on the day I thought was install day. I had removed everything out of the garage only to find out I had scheduled a day nearly a month out. I called Eric, and he was able to rearrange some schedules to work me in starting some prep work that afternoon, and do the install the day after. Talk about customer service....seriously. He saved me the heartache of having all my garage items hanging outside for days/weeks. In the end, I absolutely love how it all came out. Eric even recommended I put some baseboards to give it an even more finished look and it sure was a great recommendation! Thank you Eric and to your team. Your attention to detail, your ability to walk me through the process, your ability to translate your product into simple terms for me to understand, and your overall customer service was second to none. From estimate to completed project Garage Ovation did an excellent job. Eric came out to give us an estimate for our garage floor and immediately made us feel comfortable. He was a wealth of knowledge and there wasn't a single question he couldn't answer. He even sent us sample colors to pick from and custom made a color he thought would look good with our wall color, the house coloring and even the colors in the nearby sandstone sidewalk. Of course we chose the color custom made for us. Eric's crew arrived promptly on the date and time and walked us through the entire process answering all questions along the way.
