I was able to find 1 pair of denim jeans that fit right and a pair of cut off shorts that fit right even though it wasn't the wash I wanted-- but it was fine. I will say that some of the staff today was not all there with their customers service skills. I asked for a size down in the shorts, was told they didn't have the size. I leave the dressing room and thought I'd check the area where I got the shorts from and lo and behold-- there's my size. Not sure what happened but there was my size. The only thing is that it seems like their sizes were way off-- a 6 fit like an 8 and a 4 fit like a 2. I even compared them with each other and all the sizes that were marked 4 for example were all different widths in the waist. I'm not sure what's going on with AE manufacturing lately but they really got to pull it together. I'm giving AE 4 stars despite these discrepancies because I was still able to find items I needed that fit right. If you end up shopping here I highly recommend trying everything on before you buy.

There aren't any on the Strip and the sales tax is much lower back in Wisconsin so it was just never high on my radar. Yet maybe I was missing out as this was probably one of the best Kohl's experiences I have ever had. The experience started out very positively with a friendly hello as I entered the store (can't say I've ever had that happen before, at a Kohl's in any state), and continued through as the store was clean, well-organized, and spacious. Most Kohl's feature racks so crammed with clothing that you can't even see what is on offer and don't even get me started on the clearance displays! This store, however, was close to picture perfect, with really the only misstep a couple of men's clearance shoes in the wrong box, a minor infraction if there ever was one! As this location is near work, I will definitely be coming back here in the future as I get settled in the Vegas area.

What really caught my eye was the fact that there was a large selection of lightweight colorful printed scarves for $10.99 and under, Capelli was a brand name I recognized. These scarves would make a great gift for the women in your family. I also saw black tights, some brands I saw at Ross stores. As I went through, the store kind of reminded me of Papaya (only saw this store in California), which appeals to the teen and young- 20's age range. Overall, I thought the tank maxi dresses at $12.99 would make ideal coverups, but just wished the availability of colors were a bit better.
