The reality is they only carry pretty bras in small sizes, and they have a negligale assortment of anything in a larger size. I'm 60; I know my bra size. I know I can have properly fitted AND pretty bras. Later that day I went home with EIGHT of them from another store who has a wider range of sizes, colors, and styles, and was NOT demeaning or insulting or blaming the customer for their shortcomings. Dillards lost a customer for life. It was the most humiliating, degrading, and frustrating experience I've ever had shopping. Whoever was working on Tuesday, May 12th around noon -- shame on you.

However, upon reviewing my receipt after leaving the store, I noticed I hadn't received the special pricing for purchasing three shirts. I only received the welcome discount. When I got home and tried on the shirts, I discovered that one of them was the wrong size. This prompted me to return to the store, both to exchange the shirt and to address the pricing issue. Upon returning, I was greeted by a very nice and professional clerk who assured me that they could credit me back the difference, which I believed to be around $80. However, when the credit was processed, I was informed that it would only be $23.36. Curious about the discrepancy, I inquired further and was told that I couldn't receive both discounts simultaneously. The clerk also mentioned that the associate who had originally helped me was mistaken in their explanation of the offer. While the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional, the miscommunication regarding the discounts was disappointing. I appreciate the effort made by the second clerk to resolve the issue, but clarity in promotions and training for all associates would enhance the customer experience. However, due to how uncomfortable and unwelcome the experience felt, we just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. We also felt like we were treated as less important simply because we were renting instead of buying. Instead of feeling confident in our choice, we ended up settling for a rental that doesn't fit well at all. Overall, we're extremely disappointed with the experience. Different price points for different tiers of quality of suits. Richard was absolutely wonderful and helped my hubby find suits that were the right cut and size for him. He paid attention to detail and picked colors that my hubby had said he preferred. Hubby was able to find 3 suits he liked, 2 ties and a shirt and Richard hooked us up with some sweet deals as well.
