Unfortunately since the other pharmacy on Main St closed, this is the only pharmacy downtown. Pharmacist Melody thinks she knows better than my doctor. I feel like I'm being judged just picking up the same medication I've been on for 15 years. I'll take my doctor's advice and never come back here. He says go to the grocery store with the three initials instead. So disappointed that this pharmacy is so awful!!!

So, on my way to work this…read moremorning, I did a quick cost-benefit analysis: 1) Be 10 minutes late and grab a $3 Starbucks Doubleshot Energy drink using my 40% off CVS coupon. 22) Be on time and pay $7 for a similar iced coffee at work. I took my chances and went with the $3 choice. As a new coffee drinker, I'm not too picky about where I get my caffeine fix, and this CVS refrigerated option did the trick. What surprised me most was how big and clean this CVS was--especially for a downtown location! The aisles were neatly organized, everything was easy to find, and the parking right outside was a lifesaver for my morning commuter rush. Good to know I have a solid, quick-stop "corner store" near my house for future caffeine emergencies!

It's probably not as enormous and spectacular as some of the ones that are built along the major highways in the really busy parts of Texas, but is still very much worth your time. Coming to Buc-ee's always makes me happy. My girlfriend likes it even more than I do, so you can say that we're both massive fans and will definitely be back here many times in the future. It's about one tenth the size of the major ones, it's how it all started. It's a piece of history. Not too far from Galveston, oh Galveston, as Glen Campbell would say.
