My Experience 1/13/2025 I wanted to let you know that the manager Serge Cruz and Samantha (Sam) and the entire crew blew me away with their customer service. I have never been in a T-MOBILE store or any store for that matter that went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered. Help set up a new phone for my Daddy. Hearing my conversation with Sam about a problem I had encountered at another store, Manager: Serge Cruz came over to ask if there was anything he could help me with. I explained, and he listened, went to work on it immediately to see if he could find a solution. I just want to say that after being with T-MOBILE for 13 years, this is the best store and crew that I have worked with. I can't say enough about this store. If you need cellular service, new phone plan, internet...I highly recommend this store! Go by in person for the best experience. Thank you all for your EXCELLENT customer service!! I had done research online and knew exactly what I needed. I was greeted by an employee, I told her what I needed. She said "oh I just clocked out. You'll just have to wait" I left and went to the store on Smoky Park highway. I was greeted immediately and told them what I needed: to add to my account and to purchase a cheap flip phone. The employee proceeded to try to sell me a $400 phone instead of an $80 phone. I explained this was for an elderly person with minimal phone needs. it felt like he was trying to swindle me, dismissing the purpose of my visit. I ended up returning home and purchasing the phone online.
