Great place to rent. Good people and a good deal on Monday & Wednesdays. A helpful staff.

I tried out this place for the first time today and it seemed like they could tell that I wasn't from the Leicester area or seemed southern in any sort of way. I was treated very rudely and the customer service I received made me feel very unwelcome. I'm not sure what kind of a business is being run here but I can swear I overheard an employee speak very poorly of the African American community and this refreshed in the customer service I received. read more

I was going to ask the manager a question about a movie to see if they had the first one and one of the employees looked at me and very rudely said "your watching that?" And was just very rude and when I asked the manager the question he was very ticked off that he had to do something.. if I could give them zero I would this place is horrible!!!! I would not recommend anyone going. I had a late fee from a year ago and I payed it and they charged me again for it and it was just a horrible experience!!! read more

I'm only giving this location 1 star because I cannot give it 0. Their customer service is so outrageous that it is ridiculous. This is the perfect example of a backwoods run video rental location. The customer service representatives are so rude to anyone who isn't from "AMERICA". First of all it's so hard to get a membership at this place because you need to provide them with your license, proof of residence and a current bill that proves your residence (twice). I'm surprised that they don't ask for your passport or citizenship proof. If you ask the customer service representatives a question they act bothered. True story, I was checking out and the woman at the customer service desk takes my debit card and throws it at the door telling me to get out just because she didn't like the way I asked her a question. I absolutely wouldn't recommend anyone going there. A redbox will not give you the attitude and will do the job better. read more
