They employ THE BEST people in their shop, as the faces of Elementality. So genuinely kind, personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. I'm often in the shop with my littles, so when I happen to show-up without them in tow, the staff never fails to ask me about them and tell me how much they adore seeing them in the shop. The manager, Brandon, who I see every single day, who knows I am a 30 year old man, denied me to purchase. I just think it's an absolutely ridiculous way to treat a customer that comes into your store every day that you know on a first name basis. It sucks that this place doesn't understand basic customer service and keeping their main customers happy. If you go to the liquor store and the guy knows you - he stops carding you. My kids were doing a bit of shopping and then ended up picking up a couple of items and I spent most of my time chatting with the one woman who worked there. They did enjoy some of the clothing but couldn't find items that they liked in their size but there were some really nice items in the counter that got their attention. They both checked out some really cool necklaces and we also looked at flasks and lighters. My youngest found a hat that they just loved and took a picture of the label on it with the idea that they would check it out online at a later date to see if they might buy one. Friendly employees who were very helpful and lots of good stuff. This one is definitely worth shopping in.
