My name is Oscar from FS Logistics LLC and I was referred from my repeat customer Eric Sager to…read morecontact the owner of Green Tree Nursery, Phillip Edwards to transport a Bobcat T650 skid steer from 3521 Somerset Pike Johnstown, PA 15905 to a job site they are working on at 180 Broadcast Drive Spartanburg, SC 29303. We picked up the unit on 10/04 in the evening around 4pm and sent him a picture of the unit on the trailer; shortly after we requested the deposit payment of $150.00. Phillip Edwards responded and said he would make the payment in the morning. I've called a few times where he answered and confirmed he would make the payment and at the moment we have not received anything. We picked up the unit in a timely manner and delivered accordingly ensuring it was secured properly and insured during the trip. All we ask for is to honor his word and pay the service that was provided. I'm sure he does not like having to chase someone to make payment for a job he's performed!!!

Have even had them order things for me, as I hate going to big stores if I don't have to. Bonus -- they are a 'veteran friendly' business; and when others chose to remain closed during C19, they stayed open as best they could and helped keep Main Street in Waynesville going.

Derp! We came in here looking for a two-pack of an item,…read morewhich according to their website they had plenty of. When we arrived to go pick it up off the shelves, we found that instead, we had to grab a slip of paper, and take it to the register so the clerks could go grab it from a separate shelf elsewhere. When we handed the slip over, there was great confusion and problems in finding the item in the back, and apparently they were sold out, contradicting what the website said. So they offered to sell us 2 single packs, but without any kind of price that you get for buying a 2 pack. Instead, it was much more expensive. So we bought one, and called it a day. Gah. We also managed to get some light bulbs with the help of our clerk. It took quite some time to figure out the proper light size and wattage. Gah. This Lowe's was laid out differently from what I'm used to, with the aisles being more jammed together, and a different sort of layout from what I'm used to. Like shopping at the Lowe's in the Twilight Zone. Gah.

**Paid $3,951.49, reported the problem the next day, and still no inspection or remedy**…read more I cannot recommend Lowe's Easy Install countertop program based on our experience with the Waynesville store. We paid Lowe's $3,951.49 in full for natural-stone countertops installed on August 7, 2026. Within hours of installation, we discovered that ordinary water and condensation created conspicuous dark marks that remained visible for hours. The countertop has also developed permanent yellow and brown staining from ordinary kitchen use. We notified Lowe's in writing on August 8, the day after installation. Since then, we have contacted Lowe's approximately three times per week, visited the store, spoken with the kitchen design specialist, spoken with the store manager twice, and contacted Lowe's corporate office several times beginning August 21. Lowe's directed us to Stone Interiors. Rather than inspecting the countertop or investigating the problem, Stone Interiors dismissed our concern by saying, "It is natural stone; that is what happens." As of September 9, neither Lowe's nor its installation provider has inspected the countertop, provided a written diagnosis, proposed a repair or replacement, or offered a refund. Our calls are now going unreturned. Lowe's sold this project to us, accepted our payment, and arranged the installation through its Easy Install program. Being repeatedly redirected among the store, the installer, and Lowe's corporate office has left us with visibly stained countertops and no meaningful response. We have retained the contract, receipt, photographs, contemporaneous emails, and records of our attempts to resolve the problem. We have now sent Lowe's a final written demand requesting either a full refund or a prompt qualified inspection followed by a written and permanent remedy. I will update this review if Lowe's resolves the matter. Until then, I strongly caution anyone considering Lowe's for countertop installation to obtain written answers about sealing, water absorption, stain resistance, warranty responsibility, and exactly who will take responsibility if a problem appears immediately after installation.
