Our home is 65 miles from the store and we arranged to have everything delivered. We picked up the unit on 10/04 in the evening around 4pm and sent him a picture of the unit on the trailer; shortly after we requested the deposit payment of $150.00. Phillip Edwards responded and said he would make the payment in the morning. I've called a few times where he answered and confirmed he would make the payment and at the moment we have not received anything. We picked up the unit in a timely manner and delivered accordingly ensuring it was secured properly and insured during the trip. All we ask for is to honor his word and pay the service that was provided. I'm sure he does not like having to chase someone to make payment for a job he's performed!!!
