When I received the quote the next day it was an offer of $13.65. I was told that it's probably because they had a packed kids section. HOWEVER, this was not told to me over the phone or at drop off. I wasted hours of time and energy pulling this together and making sure I was bringing good books to get the max amount. I expressed my frustration with the process when I picked up the books. The person I spoke with couldn't have been more indifferent.

The guy inside was working alone and on the phone answering a bunch of questions but had my order ready to go and pickup was a breeze. I walked around quickly and scanned the store and saw a good selection of new items for the Xbox One and latest PlayStation. Lots of accessories and games but no consoles and extreme hardware around. Also, while they had lots of accessories for it and some games, they didn't have a ton of Nintendo stuff right now but I don't think it's anywhere really. Especially not the console itself.

Each time service has been adequate, displays attractive and staff friendly enough when you can get it. They have never had specific items I was looking for so no comment on checkout. I would have no issue at all returning to this store. More like 3.5 experiences. The stores all vary, but this is a clean store with good staff.
