I recently placed an order for some "BattleTech" products. It wasn't in stock at the store last week, but it was at another location. They said it would take a week to transfer the material to the Va Beach location and I agreed and left my number with them for when it arrived to the store. A week later I called to check the status and the product was still at the Newport News location. I called the NN location and let call and confirmed the product was in stock and I told them I was on my way to get the material. About an hour later (I live in Va Beach) and upon arrival the product was not on the shelf. So I checked with the register and see if they pulled it. Long story short the material wasn't there. The person who took my call wasn't there anymore and didn't tell the rest of the staff. So I inquired with the assistant manager who called the other locations and turns out the material was at the Va Beach location and told me that the material was transferred to the store two days prior and yet didn't call me. So the manager calls the Virginia Beach and talks to someone and confirms the material is at the store. They say its there and the manager apologies and I tell them to let the Virgina Beach store I am on my way again. I get to the VA Beach store and no one really knows about the order yet again and they can't find it. At5 this point after 2.5 hours of driving around I am frustrated, and the staff can tell. It takes them about 20-25 minutes to find the order, but it finally located. What did the staff do to make this better, Nothing, no discount or any offers or whatever. I didn't make any demands of such but after they had me wasted all that time driving around. The logistics management here is just poor. They lost the order effectively, took them a week to "transfer" a product to another store, and can't make a phone call. I been have been a long time customer (years) and this was just a huge let down.

Very unfair!

The guy inside was working alone and on the phone answering a bunch of questions but had my order ready to go and pickup was a breeze. I walked around quickly and scanned the store and saw a good selection of new items for the Xbox One and latest PlayStation. Lots of accessories and games but no consoles and extreme hardware around. Also, while they had lots of accessories for it and some games, they didn't have a ton of Nintendo stuff right now but I don't think it's anywhere really. Especially not the console itself.

When we arrived at the Kiosk, it was not working and wouldn't give up the DVDs. We manually punched in the same movies at Kiosk A, next to it, and got the movies we had reserved. When we got home, we called Redbox to make sure that we weren't charged twice. We waited 25 minutes on the line to talk to someone. The customer service rep, Eugene, said that he would issue two movie credits to take care of the balance. Today I see that the credits are not in my account but awaiting my rental of two more movies. I don't want to rent any more movies, but to use the credits toward the two movies that still show that they are awaiting pick-up. I called them back again tonight, waited 15 minutes for a rep, who then told me that I have to rent again to use those credits. This is a rip-off and a scam, since I don't want to rent any more movies but just want to clear my account. She had me wait five minutes for a supervisor to come on the line, but then she came back and said there aren't any supervisors who can help me. She said there is no email customer service also, so basically they are saying that I have no way to clear my account except to rent more videos and waste more of my time! This is very poor customer service and not in good faith!
