He's cute and I'm weak. I will probably buy him the game for Christmas. The store has a nice selection, nice enough to drive my son into overload and I was able to take a trip back in time. The store even had the old school Atari game console with the fake wood trim. I don't know what it is called but I know I had one and it was about as advanced as I ever needed. The staff tried to make it all make sense to me. I do appreciate their effort but there is no hope for me . Who knew there were so many gaming consoles. I don't even want to get into the online stuff. The staff at this store can help anyone figure it out. Well everyone but me. They definitely tried.

You enter on the opposite side if groceries you will have to past at least 10-12 unattended checkout lanes to get to the opposite side to check out. Then MAYBE 2 with checkers and rest are self checkout. With a fill grocery store there should definitely be more checkout lanes. It is annoying.

They do need to hire more employees store needs them they have several cashiers lanes but only self checkout and 2 lanes seem to be opened at all times. Lots of parking outside!

Our business representative, Jason Kelley, advised us that we would receive over $800 per phone in trade-in value and that adding a line would lower our monthly bill. He further stated that he had verified my son's phone from Total Wireless was compatible with Verizon and assured us it would be fully functional within 30 minutes of activation. Based on these assurances, we agreed to add the line and proceed. Before leaving the store, I specifically asked about the trade-in return process and shipping labels, and Jason Kelley confirmed we could return the devices to any Verizon store without additional documentation. Unfortunately, after several hours, my son's phone still did not work. We returned to the same Verizon store the following day, where employees were unable to activate the device normally. Ultimately, they activated service using a Verizon test phone and then placed the same SIM card into my son's phone. While this temporarily worked, my Verizon account now incorrectly identifies my phone as a Google Pixel, which it is not. On January 12, 2026, we attempted to complete the promised trade-in. Another Verizon representative, Remy, informed us that no trade-in had ever been initiated and that Jason Kelley had only processed an upgrade. Remy contacted customer service to correct the issue. While a trade-in was eventually started, it was under a new promotion, reducing our value to approximately $600 per phone, instead of the original $800+ we were promised. At that point, we also learned that my son's phone was not compatible with Verizon at all, which explains why it had to be activated through nonstandard means. This directly contradicts the explicit assurances made by Jason Kelley prior to the sale. Additionally, I later confirmed with the manager on duty that we were told--incorrectly--that we could return the phones to any store without needing anything further. This misinformation was reinforced by multiple staff members, indicating a broader failure in ethical sales practices at this location. I believe we were intentionally misled in order to secure a sale and add a line. These sales tactics are unethical, deceptive, and entirely inconsistent with the standards I expect from Verizon. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial uncertainty. I am requesting: Restoration of the original trade-in offer we were promised Correction of the incorrect device information on my account A formal review of the conduct and sales practices at the Mansfield, TX location I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution that reflects Verizon's commitment to integrity and customer trust.

I could stay here for hours and hours. The staff is very nice and helpful. Large selection of books, magazines, music, etc. It also has a coffeeshop on the inside with tables for just seating and reading. Finding a parking spot is the challenge because it's located in a outdoor shopping mall. A bit pricey but has pretty much anything you are looking for. Our family loved this bookstore. They sometimes do reading for kids in the late mornings, they have a train set for kids to play with, and a reading table for the kiddos, too. It's great. The rest of the store is great, clean, and fun to browse.

When I picked it up everything was packaged in 2 large bags, so I asked for some small bags. Without even asking me if they were for gifts or how many I needed, I was rudely told no. I can only assume the look on my face, as she quickly said they were low on stock, but yet they had plenty next to the registers. The longer I waited the more upset I felt that my Mother's Day Gifts would not be in Bath and Body Works bags, because let's face it... who's not excited to open the bag and see what you got, right? On the way out I asked to speak with a manager, and asked for extra bags. I really should not have to explain I just spent over $300 in gifts and would like a couple of bags to package the gifts since they were for different people. To someone else this maybe a trivial thing, but to me it was ludicrous to begrudge me a couple bags for gifts.
