Is zero an option? The guy working was a jerk! I'll pay premium prices somewhere else.

To which I said, heck yeah! He told me that I had to check out this place called, Jedi Alliance, an arcade with a bunch of old school games. Say no more, I'm in. However, they're only open Friday through Sunday, which makes it difficult for me and my work schedule. Fast forward to today (Sunday), I had the window of opportunity to make the hour drive to Spokane with the hopes that this arcade was all that I dreamt it to be lol. My friend had no idea where we were going and was still confused when we pulled into the parking lot. When we walked in, I got the instant nostalgic old school vibe and feel as it was kinda dim with all the games and machines giving the place a magical glow. "Voltron" greeted us and asked if we've ever been in before and we said no, we're first timers. He was really nice and when he went over the rules, he spoke calmly and read the rules in a speed that we actually understood. Sometimes you go to these game places and when they explain how things work, they either speed talk or mumble. Voltron did a great job giving us the run down and instructions and even gave us some history on the place. The cost is $18 per person with unlimited play from open to close, which I found as a great value because we ended up losing ourselves there for 3 to 4 hours! There's over 140 classic pinball and joystick games, which is outstandingly epic. There's no other place in this area that offers this many games and with the variety of retro classics too. I'm not sure if it's because I'm born in the early 80s, but this place hits the bullseye. I had a blast reminiscing from when I was a kid and I kept hearing my friend say, this is so fun, lol. The bonus is the fact they have a hand washing station, which I definitely used a few times. With all the hands touching the machines, I really appreciate the owner's thoughtfulness. Jedi Alliance has more than just games, they have a museum of retro pop culture movie posters and props, a huge collection of old school dolls, figurines, toys, and games. Some things are for sale and some things are not. Overall, this was one of the best times I've had in quite some time and will definitely be back.

There were two people working, and I had a question. The employee I asked didn't know the answer and said he would ask the owner who was the other person working. The owner refused to even answer. The employee said again that a customer had a question and he rudely responded with "It's should tell you on the box." I was already going to purchase three separate items and after that I decided not to. I refuse to give my money and business to someone who is that rude and seems too bothered by a simple question. My last time in this store wasn't any better but after two bad experiences I felt the need to leave a review. The selection is decent but there are other places in the area that have more items. Many of the prices are higher than you can get elsewhere also. The store lacks cleanliness and it is hard to see in the display counter due to the layer of dust on everything. I really wish I had taken pictures to show just how bad it is but I definitely won't be going back unless there is an ownership change. The store needs a good cleaning and the owner needs to realize that he will continue to lose customers if he can't figure out how to have some basic customer service skills.

EntertainMart is a treasure trove of goodies that I wasn't expecting…read more My in-laws took us there while we were visiting to scope out what they had. My spouse and I are gamers and Manga readers so it was a dead giveaway to our family that we'd like the store. The store carries books, comics, Manga, dvds, video games, card games, d&d stuff and even some board games, including the side products like wall scrolls and figures. The family loves the book and comic sections, and frequent the Nintendo and Playstation aisles. No surprise they left with a couple clearance books. We picked up a set of One Piece figures that my husband had been eyeing online but couldn't find a complete set at a single store. EntertainMart had the full set and a couple extras so we were stoked on that find. We even noticed a Nintendo Switch OLED for sell which is out of stock everywhere and if we didn't already own a switch and switch lite we might have grabbed too. We went fairly late so they didn't have much staff on site but there also was only a few customers there. The cashier who helped us was friendly. For being his first couple days on the job, did a good job quickly getting through the multiple spider wraps we had brought up. They use multiple kinds of wraps so he ended up getting a crash course because of us haha. We will definitely continue to stop by when we visit family in town and hope to find some new treasure amongst the shelves.

NO. It was about 100 cards with like 8 duplicates of seven different cards. I went back to return it as it seems like it was put together to just screw someone out of nine dollars. I spent a lot of money there on a weekly basis and was told no there are no returns for collectibles. Unbelievable that for a patron of their business that they would not honor store credit - as I did give the cards back. DO NOT BUY THE MAGIC BRICKS. Nice going for the manager of the store - I won't be giving them anymore of my business
