6.1.25: So, to make a long story short (haha, my reviews are never short--who we foolin'), a couple of months ago the budtender at the dispensary I'm a regular at asked if I was into pinball. To which I said, heck yeah! He told me that I had to check out this place called, Jedi Alliance, an arcade with a bunch of old school games. Say no more, I'm in. However, they're only open Friday through Sunday, which makes it difficult for me and my work schedule. Fast forward to today (Sunday), I had the window of opportunity to make the hour drive to Spokane with the hopes that this arcade was all that I dreamt it to be lol. My friend had no idea where we were going and was still confused when we pulled into the parking lot. When we walked in, I got the instant nostalgic old school vibe and feel as it was kinda dim with all the games and machines giving the place a magical glow. "Voltron" greeted us and asked if we've ever been in before and we said no, we're first timers. He was really nice and when he went over the rules, he spoke calmly and read the rules in a speed that we actually understood. Sometimes you go to these game places and when they explain how things work, they either speed talk or mumble. Voltron did a great job giving us the run down and instructions and even gave us some history on the place. The cost is $18 per person with unlimited play from open to close, which I found as a great value because we ended up losing ourselves there for 3 to 4 hours! There's over 140 classic pinball and joystick games, which is outstandingly epic. There's no other place in this area that offers this many games and with the variety of retro classics too. I'm not sure if it's because I'm born in the early 80s, but this place hits the bullseye. I had a blast reminiscing from when I was a kid and I kept hearing my friend say, this is so fun, lol. The bonus is the fact they have a hand washing station, which I definitely used a few times. With all the hands touching the machines, I really appreciate the owner's thoughtfulness. Jedi Alliance has more than just games, they have a museum of retro pop culture movie posters and props, a huge collection of old school dolls, figurines, toys, and games. Some things are for sale and some things are not. Overall, this was one of the best times I've had in quite some time and will definitely be back. read more

This place is a gem we found in Spokane. Had Thanksgiving with my husband's family in Spokane and we're trying to find something fun to do. This place is amazing! You pay $18 per person and all the games are free play! Pretty much all vintage pinball, arcade and games at this place. Not to mention the kick-ass memorabilia collecting upstairs. Is this for adults, yes. Are younger kids going to have fun, maybe. They have a few lower games for kids but this is basically an adult playground of the 80's and 90's. We will definitely be back next time we are in Spokane. read more

Honestly the best arcade experience I've ever had in Spokane, EVER. The Jedi Alliance is doing truly inspiring work for the nerdy people of Spokane and the greater area. This is an arcade run by people who understand what the public wants from an arcade experience after watching the arcades of yesteryear fall into decay and ruin. I name drop this place as a defense against those who claim there are "no cool places" in Spokane. The variety and selection of the pinball tables alone is worth the price of admission but the 150+ arcade cabinets will also keep you coming back. I love Jedi Alliance! It's a place to go if you're looking for some pin ball, retro arcade games and to see some retro merchandise. You pay a flat rate which when I went was there recently was $12 on Thursday and Sundays and $15 Friday and Saturday flat rate to have hours of fun and can try all the arcade cabinets out! The place is also clean which I appreciate during the pandemic and I feel absolutely safe going here! The workers are also always super kind and friendly. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Wow this place is incredible. For $16.50/person, you can play all night. They have over 150 games and lots of nostalgia. There were games that I had forgotten I'd ever played as a child... the pinball machines were in great shape and the workers were continuously sanitizing the controllers. Now this is my kind of place! I discovered Jedi Alliance during my vacation in Spokane while searching for collectibles. I was born in the early 1970s so JA captures my childhood era perfectly. I am a huge fan of vintage videos games as well as toys and movies from the 1970s and 1980s so I felt like this place was made just for me. I had such a blast walking around and checking out all the cool items and movie posters on display. I had a lot of fun revisiting arcade games from my past as well as a few that had passed me by. Every arcade and pinball machine I touched was in good working order which was very impressive considering the number of machines they have and their ages. Downstairs is the main museum with so many awesome items on display. My favorite items from the collection were a ghost prop from The Fog, and Gizmo's feet from Gremlins. It is really something you must go and see for yourself! One of the owners, Tyler, was very cool and interesting guy to talk to. The entire experience was so unexpected...it was truly the highlight of my visit to Spokane. This place is a LOT bigger than it looks! There's a black light room, a large game room with projector screens playing movies & table games, two hide away rooms with tons of pinball and other old style games & an entire down stairs collection room of action figures and memorabilia! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a super fun night with friends or family of any age! Amazing! So many classic 1980s/90s video games, plus maybe 30 great pinball tables, and a museum of retro toys and movie artifacts. This place is a non-profit, run as a museum, and is truly a labor of love.
