Almost all of the merchandise is used, which isn't an issue, but nearly all are priced at least twice as much as the market price for the same game selling brand new. A good portion of their consoles and games are also being sold as fakes, but the store does not list them as such. For the average person who does not know how to identify a real vs a knock-off console/game, they could easily be fooled by these items. This store is incredibly dishonest by not disclosing this upfront. Lastly, I did not appreciate the store attendant following myself and my spouse around everywhere. I have a feeling he overheard us talking about the prices and authenticity of his items and hence started following us all around the store. We decided to walk from aisle to aisle just to see what he would do and sure enough, each place he would follow without asking us if we needed help. Just awkwardly standing extremely close to us listening to our conversation. I would never buy from such a dishonest store.

I work alot and dont have time to play video games like these guys do so I haven't finished alot of my games but he kept going on about games that he actually spoiled the ending for the zelda I'm currently playing at my pace. I told him he had spoiled it for me now and he did apologize but he kept going and talking about it! I had to walk out because he was getting on my nerves. Little did I know I'd walk out today with a BRAND NEW WII! We got a Wii (it also included Wii Fit) and purchased a LOT of games too. The Wii was a huge part of my childhood and unfortunately the one I owned growing up was damaged and thrown away (gasp... I know! But not my fault)! Anyways, the worker there today (had on a My Chemical Romance hat & had some cool tattoos) helped us out today. I didn't get their name, but they were very nice and extremely helpful. The pricing here? Out of this world. It was so affordable to snag over 10 games and a brand new Wii. That's not something you'll get at Game Stop! On top of it, they offer a military discount (we couldn't use it but it's good to know for anyone who can)! This place is also dog friendly and I got to meet a cute dog named Bowie (I wonder if he's a regular)! All and all, I wish this place were located in Los Angeles. I really loved it and again their pricing was extremely fair. I really hope they can get a website up soon because I'd love to buy from them when I'm back home! AUTOMATIC FIVE-STAR RATING! Okay, besides that, Now or Never is one of the few (if not only) comic book stores in Downtown San Diego. It's actually cleaner and more organized than the ones I frequent, but the relatively small size of the building means they don't have as much in stock as I'd like. Case in point, I wanted to show my appreciation for supporting SDCC by getting a couple of graphic novels of Trese and Usagi Yojimbo, but the ones I wanted weren't in stock. But, given how I was surprised to see a comic book store a few blocks away from the Convention Center, I can see myself probably checking it out again whenever I'm in the area.
