Tried to trade in my Nintendo Switch and had a terrible experience. First there were two employees,…read moreone who was helpful but new and untrained. Another was a floater or seasonal hire (can't recall) but he wasn't allowed to tender anything at the register. So going through the trade in process with an untrained employee we held up the line and they were clearly not sure how to process it. I ended up leaving so they could help other customers. I felt bad for her, it's a shame GameStop can't have more help that two people at a time (especially if only one can do transactions)
