Maddening. Remember, these sales reps do not care about you. They are there to make the sale…read more Period. I'm taking deep breaths. All the guy had to do was say he didn't know details regarding international coverage, but instead he opted to lie to get the sale & get us out the door. We were set up with the wrong plan that didn't have the coverage we wanted. Upon further investigation afterwards, and multiple conversations with other personnel that went 'round in circles, we discovered T-Mobile didn't offer what we needed at all. They should have told us this from the beginning. Instead we were lied to. We were told we were set! We are not. Only after calls with their customer service (unaffiliated with this store) were we able to get clarification on how badly this place screwed us over. Now we're stuck in a plan we don't want that won't help us internationally. Note: if you're out of the country for more than 90 days for work, T-Mobile will cancel your service & you'll lose your phone number. You also won't be able to get an international SIM card, because T-Mobile owns you. These facts were never mentioned. The rep knew our situation down to the last detail too. This place is a disgrace.

I was charged for the phone on my very 1st bill. I called customer service and they credited my account. The rep claimed she "re-enrolled me into the promotion. I asked for a text acknowledgement and she claimed she was unable to provide that. When I protested she said "Mr. Donahue, this call is being recorded, if I lie to you I could lose my job" This month I was charged again and I spoke with Emmett who claims I'm not enrolled and that he has to look into it. When I told him I was recording the call he advised me to stop or he would have to terminate the conversation. He claims he has to speak to department that is not available to the customers.

My iPhone screen was shattered, I had the manager Bruce help me, he was perfect and fast!!! I walked around the mall for 30 minutes and came back to a fixed phone looking amazing!!! Brought my phone in to have a cracked screen replaced. Once completed, the new screen they had…read moreinstalled was coming off in one of the corners and the side. I then brought the phone back four separate times to have this problem repaired. Throughout the process, it became evident Mr. Fix really didn't want to keep trying to fix his flawed screen installation. Instead he tried to sell me a protective case b/c as he stated, "the new screen was not likely to ever adhere properly". Mr. Fix then told me that they have not been able properly install new screens on Motorola phones and that the manufacturer uses some laser guided gluing process that could not be done by him. I then asked for a refund and he refused. So, I called the owner (Agil) of Mr. Fix & Customize. After some heated verbal debate, he offered to refund my money only if I allowed them to take the screen they improperly installed off my phone leaving me with a disassembled phone to have repaired by someone else who could fix this phone properly. I offered instead to bring the screen that he installed back once I had the screen replaced by someone who knew what they were doing, but he refused this as well. There is a reason why they offer only a 90-day warrantee on their screen repair - it is going to fail. The service manager knew Mr. Fix could not properly fix Motorola phone screens (and probably many other brands too), yet he never once mentioned this when I brought the phone in for repair and paid him up front. The botched repair and refusal to refund my money is bad customer service. The fact that he took my money for a service he knew he could not provide constitutes fraud. "Broken screen replacement" is the first thing listed on their business card leading one to think they could successfully do this. Perhaps the screen that is now peeling off my phone is considered the "Customization" by Mr. Fix & Customize. Better yet, maybe Mr. Fix should stick to "Customizing" phones by selling protective cases and leave the "Fixing" to someone who actually knows how to do it.
