This store is horrible!…read more I went into gamestop This past saturday and I was purchasing a retro game that I was looking for. The lady at the checkout DID NOT ask me about If I wanted to have insurance on my game. She put it on there anyway. I know for a fact that the store manager named RAMONE trained their associates to not tell the customer about what all that is going to be in the final total of the purchase. They have been doing this for too long to people. I will NOT be going to this location anymore. Stop adding things to peoples totals WITHOUT ASKING THEM!!!! This location is a joke!

The staff is also pretty nice and helpful if you had any questions. The only reason why I'm giving them four stars is because there are no outlets available if you had to charge your laptop or cell phone which is a bit of a hassle since most people usually use electronics for their studying. Other than that, this is still a solid Barnes and Noble in the Westbank area.

Chris was very helpful in explaining things and showing the merchandise to my partner. He noticed me kind of just standing back and asked if I knew anything about the game. From the time we started browsing the store there was a group of kids that came in on top of the phone ringing and through it all Chris was so patient and professional; I was able to finish painting my mini and Chris even boxed it up for me to take home. 10/10 service!

I have purchased candy, cards, snacks, holiday decorations, arts and crafts, small gifts, fake flowers, gardening supplies, wrapping paper, not-so-great lotion, wine glasses and much more at this very store. What I like most about this store is the fact that most of the time all of the cash registers are open and the staff is fast and friendly about getting people through the lines. Also, there are always staff members walking around making sure that everything is neat, especially during the busy holiday season. Pro tip: if possible, go in the middle of the day on a weekday because that's when the store is pretty much dead and you can get in and out in less than 10 minutes, if you know what you're looking for.
