I'm the type of person who likes to go to a store in person to buy things usually. Unfortunately the only gamestop by me now is inconveniently located in the mall. Recently my brother wanted to buy a switch 2 for his son i called them numerous times and they cant even pickup the phone. We went in person anyway and he spent about $800.00. I told them in the store your lucky we showed up, nobody answered the phone I had to talk him into coming here he was going to just buy at walmart instead. Fast forward to yesterday i wanted to call to inquire about something, so i call no answer at all. Literally all day. Today i try calling for the same reason. All day i call no answer i go in hoping to get lucky the store is a pigstye they dont have my item which is whatever. But it literally seems like employees for gamestop at low key trying to sabotage the chain from the inside i swear. You hear all these horror stories online about not being appreciated and everytime you go all you see is self entitled slob freaks with green and purple hair behind the registers. Its a shame. Lazy. It's 2 days before Christmas, I had a game in my hand and was looking to buy more when the store manager came over and said someone in line wants that game and it's store policy for him to take it from me. WTF? So outraged! Never shopping here or at any GameStop again. read more

*IF YOU'RE GETTING RDR 2 SKIP TO THE END* After many, many years of heehawing about it, I took the plunge and bought a Xbox One from this location. The employee who sold it to me answered all of my questions ably and offered warranties to me without being overly pushy, I appreciated that. The power cord of the system I bought was defective and after some chit chatting I was able to exchange it with the friendly employee Dominic today. He was able to answer some additional questions I had about upcoming games and headsets as well. I've dealt with pushy GameStop employees at other locations but these guys seem pretty good about reading their customers. Dom let me know that they will be having their release of RDR 2 at 9pm instead of midnight because of the mall hours so come here if you want to get a few hours head start and make your friends jealous! read more

And when I proved you so blatantly wrong, by opening up an app, and magically making the "damage" disappear, you backpedaled and refused to admit you were wrong. Went in to buy a headset for my Xbox one and the guy gave me directions to hook it up insisting it would work. Went home did what he said and there was no jack for controller to go into after I clearly explained which version I had. So I thought the jack might go into another plug that was on the "adapter" and ended up just breaking that too. To add insult to injury he insisted I take the survey which has nothing to do with his performance but is a bunch of questions to receive bs vouchers. So I have turned to Google to say employee number 415528 William should sell something other then games if he does not know his product. In the real world if you make a mistake you don't get a second chance to correct it. Don't say something will work just to guarantee a sale as well. Don't be so unknowledgable to chase already pissed customer down in the mall to try and give me back a broken piece to the headset thinking I still need it. Know your products ! This is a great GameStop they have a great variety of games to choose from. I could shop there all day plus it's located right next to more great places to shop. This GameStop has a really great staff who are helpful and will do their best to help costumers who are looking for something specific or are just browsing. Great GameStop. 10/10 read more
