But I know the owner from high-school and thet are friendly and give you a fair deal on all your merchandise and they always will work with you if you are having problems paying for your stuff. I have that issue this past week with them I was so grateful for them because I was very late paying them. I went in there explain things to them and they said to me that it's not a problem. I quickly went online and saw that the store by my house had one in stock. I purchased it - $42.53 was deducted from my card. About 20 minutes later I received a notice saying my order was cancelled. I replied to the email as th email suggested - received no response. So, I called the store. They explained that they didn't have any in stock as the site suggested, but my money will be returned within 2-3 days. It has not been returned. Meanwhile he explained that the a different location in New Britain had one in stock. I called that location - she said she would hold it for me, once I arrived, I followed social distancing procedures, knocked on the door, told her I was picking up the order. She then took my debit card, went in the store while I waited outside and then charged my card, case back out and gave me my order. Later that evening I checked my account and realized she charged the FULL amount rather than the sale price. So now I have been charged $42.53 for an order I haven't received along with another charge of $85.07. I have called & emailed SEVERAL times and haven't received help. I have not received my refund nor have I received a partial refund for the full price charge.
