I guess I had expected an estimate, but I also knew it was probably a minor repair. The total was $63, minus the $30 diagnostic fee. The TV works just like new! I had been afraid I might have to buy a new TV, but they fixed mine in a matter of hours. I might have been frustrated if the repair price had been higher without my authorization, but in my case, I was pleased with the outcome. A new TV would probably be at LEAST three times that price, and mine fits on our bookshelf perfectly, and the new ones are shaped differently. I've had other TV's repaired here in the past, so this is usually my first stop before I buy a new TV. He also sells used/refurbished TV's, DVD players, stereos, etc...

I stopped in to purchase the stone so it would be delivered the day the college man would be working on my clean up during his Spring break. Unfortunately, upon arrival the driver noted that I had ordered the wrong size stone and alerted me prior to unloading the truck. He was very concerned that the larger stones would not look right in my landscape and agreed to take his current load back and exchange for the correct size gravel. He returned promptly with the second load and did not charge me for the second trip and reloading. He was very conscientious, kind, professional and considerate.
