My old ring (purchased elsewhere) was missing stones and had some loose stones and thin prongs…read moreafter only a few years so we decided to upgrade the metal and then decided to just trade it in and design a brand new ring. I sent inspiration pictures then went in to design a new ring in their computer with them. It was then 3D printed so you can make any last minute changes before it's cast and diamonds are set. George is very patient and knowledgeable. We talked about all kinds of stones and shapes and sizes before coming up with the perfect arrangement. Jessica just seems to know exactly what your trying to do and how to put it in words. Both are very friendly and professional. I live in Columbus and drove 2 hours to see them and will continue for future prices! I Love it here and they did a fabulous job! I do suggest however if you aren't getting married to design a ring outside of wedding season .

The one I've photographed is the most recent and is a custom order based on my ideas and the jeweler's suggestions. George, the son of Rae, is exceptionally skilled. He actually was able the fashion my father's wedding band, left to me when he passed away, into a heart-shaped pin!!! Now George's daughter, I believe her name is Ashley, is the third generation jeweler. She designed the ring in the photos.

My husband bought me a ring to add to my wedding set as a Christmas gift. It had to be special…read moreordered which was fine. I wanted to get it soldered to my wedding set. When it came in and I gave them my set to have the new ring soldered they told me the sizing of the set would be a bit smaller. I told them I didn't want it smaller. When I went back to pick it up, it was quite tight. So they had to resize it. I understand when you get rings soldered it going to effect sizing. What I don't understand is if they can resize a ring then why wasn't it done to match the way it was originally in the first place. So the next time I went in, the set was resized way too big, to the point it fell off my finger. When I told the lady it needed fixed she said "well it's the size you ordered". So apparently she wanted me to just be ok with it falling of my finger. Needless to say I left it there to be resized yet again. Also, I had repeatedly asked for the appraisal papers for the new ring so I could add it to my insurance prior to this. When I asked the lady again that I wanted them, she told me the ring wasn't worth getting insured. My husband spent over $800 on this ring and that was at a discounted price. I'm sure he would think it was worth insuring. He doesn't typically like to pay that amount of money and be like "Here's a new ring honey. If you lose it, damage it or its stolen no biggie. I got money to throw away!" We ordered this in December and I finally walked out of the store with it (and the appraisal papers) in the middle of March. And I'm not happy with it. The size is still too big but at least its not following off my finger. And I'm not happy with the birthstones in it and the band is now misshaped. I feel they completely ruined my wedding set. I'd like to get it unsoldered and take it back for a refund. On a side note, we had problems getting appraisal paper work for a pair of earrings my husband bought me for about $1000 a coupe years ago. Had to ask for it several times before we finally got it.
