We called after our expected delivery time had passed and they said our washer was damaged so they was going to get us another new one and it will be here Friday. Ok great... Friday comes they my husband calls them to make sure they are still delivering it, they now inform us that we have to go to the store and buy the hose which we told them we already purchased online :( they got upset and said well now we can't unhook your old washer and hook the new one up after we paid extra for that service.
