They have a pretty good selection of games, there was a very nice gentleman that helped me find some games I was looking for (I forgot his name but I will edit this if I find out) the prices are definitely more than fair, and they said that they get new games in daily from trade ins so that always makes me happy! Just a heads up they do have a section over at their glass counter that's has an extra set of games, I didn't realize that until one of the nice workers pointed it out to me, they usually put more of the popular/recognizable titles there. Overall I love this place and I would totally come here more often but I would become bankrupt!

Just don't be rude or waste their time, and make sure you know what you're getting before you buy it, and that you're happy. That's the main thing.

Customer service is bar none due to the fact that the owner himself runs the shop, so if you have any issues with your purchase, he's more than fair on rectifying any situation that may come up to the satisfaction of the customer. Ordering singles on their site is convenient and since it is a chain, the selection is wider than any other card shops in jacksonville with free 2day in store pick-up for your order. They also buy cards and you can just look up the cards and prices they are buying at via their website instead of having to go in or call The play area is large and unlike other stores you don't have to pay to just sit and hang out with friends/try to play a pick up game of commander or something. There is always some kind of tournament running every day of the week from pokemon, magic, one piece, yugioh, and even bayblade. I also occasionally see D+D groups come in to use the tables sometimes Staff are generally friendly and knowledgeable since most are card game players and shop regulars. I do think their sealed is on the pricier end like you won't find msrp for most things but i recommend just going for the singles and tournaments
