Worst experience! Went for total new style in October 2024. Got a wolf cut. Came out perfect. Xmas 2024 went for a trim. Stylist didn't cut much and left the length. Totally new style. Valentine 2025 weekend went for a cut , same wolf cut and stylist didn't ask any questions. Did a dry cut. Reminded stylist I have a wolf cut and length should be to my shoulders. It looks horrible! I used the same stylist every time. I feel the stylist needs to stop talking so much, pay attention and ask client questions. It's questionable if the stylist is capable of doing simple repeat styles. It is quite apparent that JCP does not require stylist to continue their education. I don't recommend going here. Would not give any stars. read more

Kyle and Autumn assisted us in our purchase of pants and shirts for our grandchildren. They were very helpful and professional. Kyle introduced me to the Jc penny card which saved me several dollars. Thanks for the advice and service. read more

I love this store! It's well organized and pretty clean for an older store. Most of the employees are very friendly. I haven't always found that to be true with the jewelry department associates. I love that I can shop online and pick-up in store for free. I do this a lot when they have "door buster" deals at like 6 or 7 am (from my cozy bed!). The deals/coupons are better online but sometimes you find a hidden deal. Tonight I got 4 20"x20" throw pillows for $3.50 each.l reg price $22.00. I don't even like them but I'll buy new covers and it's still so much cheaper. My daughter loves the addition of Sephora. I don't wear enough makeup to really shop there. The prices there are higher than the drug store but he products are supposed to be better. We use the JCP Salon also. The girls there are very good with my kids and there's always a coupon in the app. read more

He messaged me back within minutes. Yes we have a store front and we are located behind Red Lobster. I didn't make it by there that day. 2 days later I pulled up at about 5:20, they are open until 6 so I figured it wouldn't be a problem (I just wanted some pics for Yelp!). As I was walking out someone walked up to the door and locked it! I look at my watch, in the morning at you do so the other person knows you're questioning the time. It was 20 to 6 and she just shook her head at me. I'm sorry but I have 15 years in retail management and I don't care if it's CVS, Aeropostale, the gas station or the thrift shop, you don't early. I get that some days are slow and having staff there is eating up your profits so change the store hours and make sure you inform social media sites, the business website, etc. people plan on these things even when they've on got 20 mins. I'll come back with an open mind later this week. And it'll prob be 10 mins before closing just to see if they close early again.

It's clean, well stocked and well merchandised. They have almost everything I need at a very good price. This store is busy though. They can have 2 cashiers and still have a line down one of the isles. The store is busy enough to actually have the payroll to employ stockers and employees working on the floor! That's not common in the dollar store world. The only reason for the missing star is the rest of the employees i.e. management, are not so friendly. This crew is only helpful when asked. They are not going to ask you if you need help finding something. I shopped here for about 5 months before I even knew who the store manager was. If they could kick up the customer service I'd give it 5 stars!
