I called this company because I found them on Yelp and was very pleasantly surprised to find it is a mom and pop type jewelry store within the "Mall" at Lake City. They agreed to help me fix my watch immediately. I quickly drove there and the very friendly staff repaired my watch within 5 minutes! Plus, they literally only charged $10.00 for the repair, despite it being kind of an "emergency" thing and not possible for me to just leave it or wait around. I will definitely be using this jewelry store again and again! I am impressed that they do in-house repair. Plus, I asked if they do appraisals and they do...for a reasonable fee (using a certified gemologist). The jeweler I have previously used passed away and this will likely become my new go-to spot for repairs and possibly even some purchases. I definitely recommend this business.

Valentine 2025 weekend went for a cut , same wolf cut and stylist didn't ask any questions. Did a dry cut. Reminded stylist I have a wolf cut and length should be to my shoulders. It looks horrible! I used the same stylist every time. I feel the stylist needs to stop talking so much, pay attention and ask client questions. It's questionable if the stylist is capable of doing simple repeat styles. It is quite apparent that JCP does not require stylist to continue their education. I don't recommend going here. Would not give any stars.

I have two large 80lb dogs and bathing them at home is just a pain. I love coming to this location…read morebecause they have huge tubs that are just the right height. I love that the shower nozzle doesn't require you to hold the trigger down and it's just a simple push up and down on the back of the nozzle. My hands ache and hurt if I grasp something for too long so this helps minimize the pain I feel and allows me to hold the nozzle longer. This location also has a dryer you're able to use along with towels. I normally bring my own shampoo and conditioner for my dogs but they do provide soap in the included price. There's different levels for different prices which include different soaps but I stick with the $10 wash. The staff is always friendly and I've never had an issue with the self service facility. However some people may think you work there, I've gotten asked a couple of times haha. I believe this location also has a grooming service station in the back by professional groomers. Overall, I'll be back to this location!
