Dealing with setting up the install of the decor and the time it took to have everything completed was ridiculous as I was promised a quicker turn around. If you are on some type of time crunch or you actually want to get an itemized receipt to know what your budget money went to then look somewhere else. I sent Marlena my budget money check on Sept 29, 2017 and it was received beginning of October 2017. I was told once it was received they aim to have everything completed within 4-6 weeks. With multiple text to Marlena following up the install of everything and decor was completed on February 8, 2018. FIVE months later, I finally had it completed. I was given every excuse possibly as to why it kept getting put off. I am happy that is has been completed but I asked for a receipt to see where exactly my money went and never got one OF COURSE. Just beware and read the reviews on BBB before hiring this company. If I had read the reviews I would have went with someone else as it seems I am not the only one that has had to deal with this issue.

I placed an order over the phone about two weeks ago for a 80$ bouquet to be delivered to my mother for her birthday and it never was. I tried calling the shop several times through out the next day no one answered, the mailbox was full so there was no way to leave a message. Ive tried calling more throughout this past week, still no answer. I went on their facebook page and called the other numbers they have listed and also texted the number with that option and nothing. Finally I got through to a Jessy and was met with the nastiest attitude of "well there's nothing we can do now maam" I ended up having to dispute the charge off my card in the end between being dodged by them and their disgusting attitude. It's a shame i used to really like CC's they used to do really really nice work and were customer focused i guess the new ownership isn't as dedicated as CC 's. I won't be using CC's or their other name Phief's any time soon.

When i called I spoke with a very nasty associate, Jessie, that was extremely unsympathetic, stating it wasnt delivered because the name of the deceased was not on the order. Only the name of the people that coordinated the funeral. It wasnt even an option on the dlievery form. They never called, emailed or texted. She states they sent 1 text, that was never recieved, because they are too busy to make a call!! So embarrassing that this was never delivered for a good friends! You would think dealing with such important, expensive arrangements would be handled more professionally. Whatever you do, DO NOT use them if you want your arrangement delivered on a certain day! Stopped in quite randomly on a roadtrip from Orlando to Atlanta. At some point someone must have…read morebacked into me and just drove off because as I was driving down the highway when suddenly my bumper started to peel off of my car on either side. Alarmed and in need of duct tape to get through the drive home, I stopped into two gas stations first before stumbling on this Home Depot. I had my dogs with me in the car (we're in the middle of moving) so I needed to move quickly. Yes I know HD is dog friendly but that would add a lot of time to my drive to put the leash on them then they would need to potty and all of that so I elected to leave them in the car. I found a spot right in front so it should have been easy to get in and out quickly. I walk in and ask at eh help desk where duct tape is and she say "6" without looking up or saying anything else. Okay. So I go to 6. They had white. My car is white. Great. I grab it and go to check out at the help desk because it is close to the door I can in at (and my car was right there) there was no line. I wait around for a bit for the and woman to notice me but nope, I have to ask her to check me out. Again there was no one there so she knew I was waiting. She yes "sure" and continued to not check me out. I waisted some more and finally had to say "sorry I'm in a hurry, my dogs are in the car" for her to stop and actually check me out. Which was not a fast process for one item. I go to leave and the doors don't open. So I wank back in and ask why the doors aren't opening and the same woman, again without looking up was like "we can unlock it" what?! Why does your door lock in the middle of the day? Make that make sense. She then was like "it's an entrance" to which I said "which is also an exit." (Now I'm pissed off because again WHAT) and ask where the exit is and she points to the opposite end of the store. So now I have to walk all the way to the end and then all the way back to my parking spot right at the entrance. I also used their bathroom while I was there and it was not clean. Then while I was outside putting the duct tape on my bumper a male employee came out and noticed me and little lady-ed me to the effect of "need some help little lady" ...no I'm perfectly capable of taping my bumper to my car. That kind of thing bugs the hell out of me. It's not friendly and it's disrespectful. So while I don't anticipate ever stopping here again, if I had to or was local I would go elsewhere
