Soon to be called Odin's Lair??? They're splitting off of Dragon's Lair, so I've heard…read more Plenty of parking in the strip mall. We came in around 7PM on a weekday evening and it was still quite packed. Barely got a table for our group of 5, and we didn't start playing til around 7:45PM. Their board game library is fantastic. We played Kinfire Council, a bit of a rarer game, and it was a great vibe. Drinks can be purchased from the Tabletop Tavern connected and they'll bring it right to your table (except for the Pokemon tables which are designated for family friendliness). Fantastic shop. Great for board game, card game, or miniature enthusiasts of all kinds to make a trek up.

Went here with my husband. Just left and will never return. Why? We wanted a box of Pokémon cards…read moreand we told the guy working that we just want to collect it and keep it for several years. His attitude immediately changed and he said "I don't like selling to people like you." He said it to my husband. I was shocked. How can you speak to someone like that unprovoked? My husband loves Pokémon and had a collection as a kid and it was thrown out. He was excited. My husband said he didn't like his attitude but would still give the store money anyways. He then asked for a $50 box of Pokémon cards and the same guy said he was going to punch a hole into the box with a hole puncher. My husband said he didn't want that because he wants it sealed and untouched. The guy proceeds to give him an attitude and tells my husband he can have the Pokémon box for double the price or else he will hole punch it. Honestly, this isn't the first time this place has been a disappointment. I promise you, you will meet the rudest and most pompous Reddit mod toxic a** people in places like this. The environment is unwelcoming. You can tell these people hate you. If you don't look like a liberal, have the purple hair and piercings-- these people treat you different. It's obvious and gross. If they keep this behavior up, they'll go out of business one day. Also, the owner seems to post very ugly and offensive responses to any reviews he doesn't like. That should tell you something. This place is going to shrivel up and dry out of business. So many complaints about the attitude of the employees yet the owner behaves like this.

So while you get a decent amount of tokens for the price, it isn't worth it as the claw machines…read moreare each 3 tokens, the small ones are one token each but the claws are too wide to catch anything and the gatcha machines are 10 tokens for a mystery ball. Theres a lot of claw machines but the prizes are so tightly packed, doesn't matter how high or low they are as there's no getting one. I spent 20, got 36 tokens and got one gatcha and one plush. It's a great vibe place and pretty fun to walk through but not worth it

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more I am a big fan of claw arcades. There are a few off of Bellaire that my family frequents commonly. So living in Tomball we were excited to go, brought my daughter, spent $50, and we were done in 20 minutes with 2 stuffed animals (one of which was just on the edge, claw didn't grab it).$50 got us 100 coins. Issue 1: ownership has dialed the win rate on these machines to as low as possible. These are not high quality stuffed toys...they already make money if you win. So this setting is just ripping people off. Issue 2: 90% of claw arcades have a 1 coin 1 play ratio. This location requires 3-10 coins per play. Coupled with their machine settings...this is an unbelievable rip-off. Issue 3: They have a spin the wheel game for reviews to reward with extra points, meaning all of these 5 star reviews are bribes. Go look at YELP for actual reviews. How claw machines work: Eat machine has a progressive setting, the more you play the stronger the grip/weight allowance for the claw. Each machine is stocked with stuffed toys usually from Alibaba at around $.15 - $1.60 per stuffed animal. Players are encouraged to trade in stuffed animals for better prizes, 1 stuffy = pts. Pt values are negative. Regular players win at a 1:15 ratio. Good players win at a 1:3 ratio. Summary: Go to another claw machine arcade. $50 at most others will get you an hour or so of a good amount of fun and 10-ish stuffed animals for the kids.
