I've been visiting this GameStop location over the last 2 weeks and have been more impressed than I was at the Riverdale Rd. location (which is horrible).
The best part of the experiences here has been the customer service. Employees from management on down have been courteous, friendly, and generally low-pressure when it comes to upsell stuff like pre-orders and Game Informer subs. The staff consistently check my used game purchases before ringing them in to make sure that they're in good shape and have even offered to show me the limited PlayStation 2 game inventory even though it's not on display!
The downside to this location is its limited size. It's a pretty small store, so it can feel cramped at times. In addition, some sections can get a bit disorganized (likely due to mall foot traffic)... so not everything has been in alphabetical order and easy to eyeball. Also, if it gets busy (weekends or the holiday season), it can get hectic with longer-than-average wait times.
All in all, I recommend this location. There's a decent inventory of games (especially PS3) and the interactions with staff are generally very good. read more
