He doesn't seem to clean or test any of the inventory, but had a scenario where a game was defective and he let me swap it for something else. One thing of note is it's only open on weekends for a handful of hours, so just plan ahead if you want to check it out. Also make sure you have cash, as they don't accept card payments. Some decent prices on most games are generally around PriceCharting (owner always doublechecks on that if he didn't mark it up yet, but will give better prices than what's on there so that's great).
