He doesn't seem to clean or test any of the inventory, but had a scenario where a game was defective and he let me swap it for something else. One thing of note is it's only open on weekends for a handful of hours, so just plan ahead if you want to check it out. Also make sure you have cash, as they don't accept card payments. Some decent prices on most games are generally around PriceCharting (owner always doublechecks on that if he didn't mark it up yet, but will give better prices than what's on there so that's great). I know the owner is having some medical problems but I think that these hours are way too short! I recommend moving the hours from 3-6 if you want to get the most customers in my opinion because you can get student customers who come from school after 2:00 and workers who finish their 9-5 jobs.
