I am a loyal pro member and I shop in game stop a lot but this might be the end for me. The first time I came to this store I was trying to trade in a Nintendo Switch for store credit. I had all the pieces to it but because it had scratches on the back on the switch from wear and tear from the game being played. I was told that this GameStop doesn't take anything that's not in new condition, but how is something used is going to be in new condition. And I have never had that problem with trading in an item until I came to this store. The second problem I had was I ordered online a few items and 4 of them were damaged and I did a return for in store because it was easier for to take it to the store vs shipping it back out. But the same store manage was rude once again. He told me I couldn't return it to his store because it was damaged and I need to take it back where I got it from. Online gives you the option to return it in store. So I called the customer service line they told me to go back and have them call the store dedicated hotline but they refused to do that too. Now I wasted my gas twice trying to return these damaged items. And I'm stuck with damage items and no way to return them. I really don't like how rude this man is and the fact this is the only game stop close to me. I really miss my people at the Pooler location they have never treated me this way.
