They had dedicated shelves to some of your favorites. You could find all your Harry Potters, along with Tom Feltons new book, and a pop up wizarding chess game, all grouped tougher. It is a historical building with lots of twists and turns and things to look at in every direction. Including a few sleepy cats. The mix of books was eclectic and I loved the recommended shelf with a hand written synopsis by the staff. Everything was so personal and purposeful. They were doing good business while I was there but the service was everything you want at an independent bookstore.

They have so many genres of books that there is something for everyone they also have areas they you can buy merch and the staff is super friendly helpful and informative they also have cats that live in the library and if you walk around enough you may walk into meeting on seating on a window or a book shelf or just walking around the cats are extremely friendly and allow you to pet them just be gentle with them and mindful since this is there home. Overall the price of the books was good and the options were endless.

It feels so inviting in there. I love the children's section. All the colors and the wall decor is so fun. I've visited the Starbucks inside the cafe and it's pretty good but the one downside is you can't use the Starbucks app, but I know that's an overall B&N thing and not just this particular site. I do feel that they are typically understaffed and I realize this is a very small cafe but it gets extremely crowded in there and people are not always patient with the staff when they're clearly doing the best they can. My one negative about this B&N is that the black author section is very small and difficult to find. Maybe if it was in the main area more people would gravitate towards that section. Other than that, this is probably one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in a not so great mood and need a pick me up.

I can't even begin to show my disappointment that the religion section was shelves and shelves marked Christianity. There wasn't even a sticker designating any Jewish religion books. I was also in the Cooking section and again a big disappointment. A small middle eastern area. There was a Gaza Kitchen cookbook but I couldn't find a single Jewish holiday cookbook. Not a single Jake Cohen cookbook. They did have one by Eitan Bernath, but his cookbook isn't about Jewish cooking. So really Nothing. I feel this isn't a B&N thing because I get a lot of my Jewish cookbooks at the one near my house.

I loved my visit to the Paris Market! I had seen all over social media that this was the place to…read morevisit in Savannah, and for once that turned out to be true. The Paris Market is essentially like an antique shop, museum, and classy cafe all came together at once. It has a perfect vibe and aesthetic that is honestly very calming when you've been rushing around the streets of Savannah prior to walking in the door. I highly recommend getting any flavor of latte (hot or iced) as well as their incredible Parisian hot chocolate. Both were delicious and actually worth the $6/$7 price tag! Then, you can stroll around the main level and lower level shop and admire all of the treasures. I can't wait to visit again soon!

We had really high hopes for The Paris Market and left a little disappointed. From the name and…read morebranding, we expected more of a true Parisian café experience with great pastries, little snacks, desserts, and a cozy coffee shop atmosphere. Instead, there were only a few macarons, maybe one sandwich option, and the café itself was...pretty much nonexistent. The retail side also felt a little underwhelming. The space is nice, but a lot of the merchandise was sourced from vendors you commonly see at the larger merchandise markets, so it didn't feel as unique or curated as we expected. That said, we're still glad we stopped in if you're nearby. It just didn't quite live up to the experience we had imagined
