In another state the big lots will actually refund you for the trouble. However, they refused to do any kind of gift card and was rude. Don't, ever buy any furniture from this store. They don't care about how bad they screw you. So we are now out$160 and no couch in our living room. What sucks is the couch we had before was from big lots and we had it for 6 years. I said "oh ok" Then come to find out it doesn't even say state I.d. It says positive I.d and phone number, which could've been my military i.d.... I could've gave her that without going out to the car.
