The only reason they get one start is because yelp won't allow you to give 0. The absolute worst customer experience ever. So I stoped here to get my son a pair of shoes, that were marked on sale. When I go to the front to pay, the young man at the front tells me that that shoe is not on sale, so I say the box is marked, he gets a attitude and says well someone marked the wrong box, and I need to read the ad before I come. This young man had the worst attitude I have ever experienced in my life. I will never go back to this store again. I will drive another 20 minutes to the one in Jesup. read more

Rude short glasses wearing female sales associate...... She told me I had to have my drivers license to do a return. I said "oh I have to go to the car then" she said "yeah..." When I returned she asked me for my zip code that's listed on the freaking license that I had to go to the car, in the rain, to get. I said "you couldn't ask me for all the information?" I didn't with a laugh and a smile too.. I mean since she asked me anyway for the information that's right in her face, soooo....... And she turned from what she was doing and replied with "we have to have the I.d to input the information" then turned around continued imputing the information and said it's also listed on the sales receipt, you could choose not to give it to us then we just can't do the return." I said "oh ok" Then come to find out it doesn't even say state I.d. It says positive I.d and phone number, which could've been my military i.d.... I could've gave her that without going out to the car. I worked in a clothing store before and Ive dealt with some crazy customers but I was not rude or loud or anything and didn't deserve that trash Customer service she provided me with. She could've said "Oh sorry about that, it's a story policy, I just have to have the i.d in front of me." She had little patience. Mad rude and unprofessional. Watch out for bait and switch. Box of shoes all said 39.98 , rang up for 44.99. When we brought it to their attention the younger gentleman said it was someone put wrong price sticker. I showed him all of that style was marked the same. The lady working jumped in being rude as possible saying the price had gone up. Not my fault they are all listed 5.00 cheaper than they are ringing up. Almost didn't notice myself. My wife caught the mistake. They will not honor the price listed. Pure bait and switch.. Tried to go in the store and was not allowed because I was not wearing a mask even though it does not say on the door it is required. Also we are not under a shelter in place and the governor recommends we wear mask however it is not required. They will never get my business again read more
