That's not necessarily a bad thing but where I have a problem is when I want to get specific items and they are locked up and I have to find a associate to come unlock the item for me and once I choose the item it's taken out of the case, it's not given to me so I can look at it, or if I want to read the ingredients on it or take a picture or whatever it's taken straight to the register and held there until I pay for it then it's put in a bag and then given to me, so you just took a joyful shopping experience from me. After looking at the prices, I feel like a little customer service could go a long way. The store is cluttered but they do have a lot of nice brands. Their sales rack is also great! I loved all the jelly cats around the store. It's nice to be able to find these locally. The inventory is the best part, obviously. They have soo much to offer. I enjoyed seeing all the quality brand pajamas for my little one. Final Verdict: I don't feel like I'd be dying to come back here. I would rather shop online and for the experience, but it's certainly a nice place to get those one of a kind items for gifts etc
