I was excited to see a little boutique in the area! For starts the man behind the counter wasn't very welcoming into the store. I think he didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. After looking at the prices, I feel like a little customer service could go a long way. The store is cluttered but they do have a lot of nice brands. Their sales rack is also great! I loved all the jelly cats around the store. It's nice to be able to find these locally. The inventory is the best part, obviously. They have soo much to offer. I enjoyed seeing all the quality brand pajamas for my little one. Final Verdict: I don't feel like I'd be dying to come back here. I would rather shop online and for the experience, but it's certainly a nice place to get those one of a kind items for gifts etc read more

I have been shopping here for many years. The store was bigger 40 years ago but believe you me it's just as good. I am sure the gentleman's family owned the store and he always helps me with the latest or the two ladies. They have the Most beautiful up- to -date clothes, toys, books, furniture, everything. The owner is a nasty lady with horrible customer service skills. She did not want to give me a medium size box for my baby's gift because the clothing item l chose was on SALE.Punch and Judy is almost 80 years old and my mother and auntie use to purchase beautiful dresses and accessories for my cousin and l years ago when they were on Broughton Street. The location was very large with an extensive inventory and great selections of clothing and toys etc.However they are in the Habersham Village Now and the space is extremely tiny.The merchandise is also extremely over priced and not worthy of their asking price.Their attitude and Disrespectful Customer service skills and other bad reviews means they should stop being so hateful and nasty because they will close down soon...Sincerely Customer Service Critic read more

We visited this store while expecting our first child and had a wonderful initial experience (when we were making the big purchases). We bought a crib, a rocker/recliner, bedding, an orbit infant system, and many small items and clothing. We were, and still are, very happy with the quality of the products they sell. - thus the extra star. However, in going back to the store later to upgrade the orbit system for our now toddler, we were told that they would order specific parts for us. We were in a bit of a hurry, as our little one was no longer comfortable in the rear facing seat and made the mistake of paying ahead of time and "trusting" they would stick by their promise. After months of calling, speaking to people that could not help but promised to have the owner call us back (which he didn't), avoided messages, and pop-in visits - only to find that the owner was not in, we ended up calling orbit ourselves and they sent the pieces directly to us within 3 days with no charge. Obviously, the additional equipment was not ordered by Punch and Judys. (Had we known Oribtbaby was so easy to work with, we would have just gone directly to them.) The customer service, once they already received their money, was so awful that we went to a local competitor and even drove to Jacksonville to furnish a second nursery for our twins 15 months later. btw, I rarely write bad reviews - this is the lowest rating I have given to date. read more

I ordered my product and 2 months later he claims it still has not come in (even though I was promised it would arrive within 2 weeks!) After speaking with several other moms, it was also brought to my attention that I could go online and order the exact same product for approx $120 LESS than Punch and Judy were selling it for (and it was free shipping online, and delivered to my front door!!) I am yelling and I pray that you will all read this! So listen up and be warned! Never ever buy anything from Punch and Judy in Savannah, Ga! They will rip you off and you will not receive anything for at least 5 months...if you are lucky! They will lie to you and tell you everything has has been ordered, when in reality...they pocket your money and then avoid you, your phone calls and your store visits! Eric, the owner is a liar, he's rude and downright unprofessional. My wife even called me crying that this swindler had not delivered on anything he promised. One time when we visited Punch and Judy to inquire about our $6k order placed 4 months back, this one older lady working there said to my wife that if you want your money back..."that is your perogative and you won't need any of the furniture you ordered right away anyway"... are you kidding me. Wow!!! How is this place still in business??? Don't let this place ruin your special and cherished nursery planning like they did for my wife and I. Your pregnancy is suppose to be fullfilled with wonderful moments... and stressing about baby cribs, dresser, stroller, glider etc... should not be one of them. Afterall this guy is local. However, he could care less how he treats his customers. A local newspaper here in town just named them baby store of the year. lol what a joke.
