This made my daughter cry as she's very sensitive, the worker rolled her eyes. We left and took a break and went in, another employee greeted us and was very kind, and struck up conversation with my daughter which made our day, this employee was wonderful. When we checked out another employee came over and I noticed that the employee was in the same exact spot drawing hatsune miku on a receipt! This experience wasn't great, but the employee who helped her pick out her shoes and talked to her made it all a bit better.

When we asked if this store had a certain size in Hey Dude shoes for toddlers, she was very snarky and snippy. I understand it's the holiday season and working in retail can be crazy and stressful, but don't work in retail if you have a nasty attitude and can't be nice to your customers.
