At the Wireless Toyz on Washtenaw, the staff were helpful in discussing our options and didn't try to sell us more phone than we needed. We told them we didn't actually use all the minutes we were getting with our current plan, and she recommended pay as you go phones and phone cards that saved us a bundle and explained how everything worked. On the downside, the products are overpriced. We looked at (but didn't buy) one phone at Wireless Toyz that we later found on sale for nearly half the price at Target.

Horrible business and Customer service. I spent $600 and $300 of that was on a nonworking product…read more I took the Arcade 1up home and some of the buttons were not working. I replaced them and continued to have issues. I then spent $60 on a part that did not fix it. The other part I need is another $75. I asked if they could help or replace the part (they have several in store) and was having a conversation with one of the owners who then proceeded to read and ignore my messages for days. Then asking again and I was treated awful. They refused to help at all and claimed to not have the part. I have attached the pics of my conversation. I was also told I shouldn't have used Arcade 1up support to try to fix it. I bought a microwave, an arcade, and several small items totally around $600. This business doesn't care about customers. They want your money and then don't care if you ever return. Scum of the earth business practices from scummy people. You should be ashamed. The claim that I was allowed to fully test in store is also false. A man stood there holding the power cord and extension cord and after 3 seconds of it being on started saying everything looks good. I was rushed and sold bum product. They have at least 5 other units and claim not to have the parts to replace it. What a joke. Better Business Bureau will also be contacted. Stay away and save your money.

There are a lot of name brand and quality pieces in their shop, especially the toys: it really surprised me. We didn't really see pricing on items in the store and it is packed with products (enough so that it can be hard to find or view things), but I realized afterwards that it would be better to check their website beforehand for whatever you want and then check the site when in the store for pricing on random items you find.

This store has a large selection of gift items and cards. I have always been able to find something for the person I was shopping for. My last visit here, they even gave me a free reusable bag - just for being a frequent shopper. Can't beat the service here. Plus, there are several discounted sections within the store to find a good deal!

I have been consistently going to this Hallmark store for over 2 years as it close to my work and on my walking lunch path break. Every time I pay for my items the lady asks me; "do you have a Hallmark gold crown card?" and for two years (or more) I have said with the greatest amount of curiosity in my voice "no, I don't?" Just to see if they would offer it to me, they have not. Today I decided I would add. "Should I have one?" She said "well it's up to you, it gives you some very good benefits. She proceeded to list off quite a few and her partner agreed it's a great program, still not offering any clues on how to join." So I asked her why she would not have offered it to me when I said I did not have one? She simply said "because I don't like to enter the information in the register" Wow - 1 star for honesty! Aside from this.....The store does run some awesome deals on Vera Bradley and this is what brings me back in - not the lack of customer service although these ladies were a hoot to watch when I had them get me one of those discount cards today!
