I went in to find two games that were unpopular and one game that was semi- popular at the time. I was able to get a hold of the semi-popular game and I was surprised that they had it in stock, simply because the store had a limited number of available games. On top of the disappointment of not being able to find all of the games I came for, the service was terribly slow. There was one employee helping at least eight customers. I was at the front of the line and it took him about 20 minutes to get the game and "prepare" it for purchase. I feel like if you are going to shop at Game Headz you should call ahead, see if they have the game you want, and ask them to prepare it for you ahead of time. -TRQ

Me and my son went online and they said that they're dropping Pokemon 151 packs at GameStop and…read morethat each GameStop is getting 20 packs when we got there. There were 10 people in line and the guy in the shorts open the door. Everybody walked up to the counter and for some reason, there was only 7 151 Pokémon packs I can understand if he wanted a pack or two for himself, but 13 packs dude we waited out there for over an hour.

They try to help if you need it, they're not overly pushy, and they just exude the definition of fantastic customer service. Have gone into this store last night and this morning to purchase their mystery boxes that have been on sale and I interacted with 2 different associates and they were wonderful. They genuinely make you feel comfortable and taken care of while you're there even if you're secure in what you're going in to get. Out of the MANY GameStop's on the Gratiot strip make sure you stop into this one first, you will not be disappointed with your experience.
