Exclusive Wireless that's where. Located in a strip mall on the southwest side of Chicago in the neighborhood of Ashburn, this cellphone shop on steroids is worth the trip from anywhere in Chicago for these real deal savings. I am picky and difficult to impress but this shop has me hooked and saves me a bunch of money. I initially was referred here by a friend to repair the screen of my brand new iPhone. As I entered I couldn't help but notice the giant walls full of phone cases and video games. I was greeted immediately and offered assistance. I' explained my mishap to the employee who then assessed the damaged phone. He then took my contact info and ensured me he would be able to fix my phone. The best part.... FOR HALF THE PRICE the competition quoted me. Not only that but half the time. I returned an hour later to my screen looking brand new. I was so impressed and happy i purchases my son a video game with the extra money I saved. Overall a great experience!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I don't live in the area any longer, I actually live in Naperville (45min away). I had to stop in the area so I went to Back in the Game since they've always been so welcoming and fairly priced. As I was having less and less luck in the northern suburbs, my search led me to the south side. Literally the 10th store I called was Back in the Game on 78th and Cicero and thankfully they had the game with both the original case and manual. Though it was an hour away from Prospect Heights, I made the drive. The guy running the stote was fantastic. He had no problem setting aside the game for me and was very appreciative of how far out of the way I was going for it. He even gave me a discount card in case I found another game that interested me at any of the Back in the Game locations. The selection was decent and the prices fair. I'm glad I made the trip and will likely keep them, along with their sister stores, in mind for my future video game needs.
