Edit December 2015: Well, a lot can change in a year or so. This place has greatly increased their quality since I last reviewed this location. The staff are very helpful, seem to actually like working there now, and have a better layout and are more organized now. I enjoy going here now and am glad I gave them another shot! Original review: This is absolutely the worst Gamestop in NE Ohio. The employees are rude and don't bother to help you. The store is constantly a mess with boxes everywhere on more than one occasion. There is no sense of fun in the store like most locations. Just a bunch of middle age dudes sitting behind the counter waiting for their shift to be over. When asked questions, they simply say, "I don't know." Not a single bother to find your answer or tell you where you can find your answer. Do yourself a favor and drive the little bit more to Mentor and have a better experience. read more

This GameStop is in a good location and has a wide variety of games, accessories, and deals. The only negative aspect about the store is a single employee. I generally shy from writing bad reviews. Usually, the place just had a bad day, or maybe it was something that we did that impeded the process. This is not that case. In the three times we have been here in the past few months, for birthday gifts and personal browsing, we have been attended by the same individual- who I won't name here. He is extremely pushy with selling add on items, attempting to guilt you into paying more. There's a difference between being persistent and being rude when selling goods. This individual does not seem to understand that. When declining to add items on, he was outright rude, bordering on hostile. As a video game novice myself, he is not being helpful, just condescending. Overall, the lack of professionalism (once again, just from this individual!) is extremely disappointing as the store itself is, once again, in a good location with solid inventory. read more

Great GameStop store. Very friendly staff. This is a good one to go to.
