The company says, you need to send the whole system back to replace the controller. You're telling me that because you sent me a faulty product, THAT YOU BACK AND WARRANTY FOR 30 days, that I have to send my console, that works fine back and waste another 24 hours redownloading my games again? Book Brothers has something for everyone with a…read morewidespread book selection including fiction, nonfiction, art/ architecture books... graphic novels, poetry collections, philosophical text, cookbooks, & more. Not to mention the collection of CDs, DVDs, vinyl, VHS tapes... The books are in good condition, and checked for proper condition upon checkout. I found the pricing to be as expected. Today was my first time visiting Book Brothers, and I must say--I will likely be back again soon.
