You can even buy the consoles and all other such stuff you need to play the games on the system you have. They even have cheaper games in tubs at the back. Although double check with the staff regarding the quality, as they know which games are a better buy. They also have a lot of original Japanese versions of games. Check those out too! I was here for N64 games. I found a few I wanted! For some reason N64 seems to not be as popular as other game systems. Maybe cuz it's bulky? Not as many N64 games here as there were for the other ones. Staff was helpful! They did a great job making sure you could find what you needed. They seem to have regulars here. Very cool! They did have some deals since it's a holiday so def check it out!

Well stocked, but buyer beware…read more This is one of the few places around that sells new copies of older games. However, I unknowingly bought a PAL version of a game. As you might expect, it was pricey, and no one mentioned it might not be what I wanted. When I realized, well, now it's opened, so would you like $9 back on your $90 purchase? I wouldn't call it a "scam" but I wish their staff was more forthcoming about selling games from another region. If you know to check everything closely before buying, this seems like a nice shop, but if you're less of an expert, you might want to shop somewhere with better buyer protection.

I dreaded coming here because the last time I was with a friend at a card show (it was at a mall),…read moreit was 2 of the most boring hours of my life and all he did was browse and bought a few Magic the Gathering cards. But yesterday, I went to Pandemonium w/ my husband and 2 sons. We went over to the Pokémon section, and I was amazed. First of all, I couldn't believe my older son, who's 8, totally held his own and knew what he was talking about asking to look at cards from different types of sets and versions of different values, etc. My youngest son, who's 6, was doing pretty well himself. But the thing that impressed me the most is that, the Pokémon guru, Trevor, did not talk down to my kids and try to scam them out of money. I don't know if it's because my husband and I were standing there, but all I saw were very professional transactions, ending with an official agreement-binding handshake. My husband and I were basically only there to show support towards their strong interest in something specific and would've only jumped in if things went completely sideways, but I got a feeling they would've been treated with the same respect if we weren't there, especially since my kids know what they're talking about. I'm so proud of them and so impressed with Trevor and the store in general that when my kids get older, I would be happy to drop them off for a couple of hours to battle with others while I go get some peace and quiet somewhere else.
