Today was upgrade day and Michael made it easy and painless. Very knowledgeable and very sincere. It's more like hanging out with a friend who knows about phones than dealing with someone in sales, which I loved because I hate shopping for just about anything and will generally avoid it whenever possible. I live closer to a different Verizon location but this is the one I will keep coming back to whenever I need something. And whenever possible I will definitely seek out Michael to help me.

They are friendly and helpful. If I ask for their opinion on a movie, they give it and also make recommendations based on what kind of movie we are searching for. I feel that their prices are more than fair. They are a small business, not Netflix or Redbox so of course they can't afford to only charge $1 for a movie! One thing that they do offer is 7 day rentals, and if you return them the next day they give you $1 credit on your account towards your next movie. As to what the other reviewer said about no late fees, even redbox charges them! (They just call it the daily fee.) I hope this place sticks around, they are the authentic movie place in town!

They're only interested in selling phones, they have no interest in customer service. Zero, none! I broke my phone... The manager said he's been managing that location on Main and 7th for 7 years. He told me to call an 800 number knowing I had a broken phone. I asked to use his landline and he told me I could not use the phone, and I was a freaking customer! I went down the street to Verizon and they were happy to let me use the phone. This manager is a straight up a hole. I would never do business with T-Mobile again, even if they were the last cell provider on the planet. They were so nice when I bought my phone, told me things that were untrue just to get me to do it, anytime I had a problem after that, they raced me outta there quickly. The manager there raced me outta there for the last time. I will never be back. Never, ever, no way in hell. I would never give them another penny. Never! I believe that Barnes & Nobles does have a free rewards program as well as a premium one that you pay an additional to get more perks. So if you like to buy actual physical books, then it would probably behoove you to get it. When we visited this place (it's near the mall well between the mall and the movie theater), it was Thanksgiving time so a lot of the items for sale were leaning Christmas. They have a lot of other items besides books like legos, toys, crafts, etc. They also had a coffee shop and seating which is what I love about bookstores. When I was still going to school, I would just hole up at a table with my laptop and work, buy a drink, and just go. This time around, I didn't buy anything and just perused. It's sometimes just nice to walk up and down the aisles and look at what books are available or just play around with the toys. Great place to waste a bit of time and perhaps grab some coffee and stumble on a good book or two.
