Today, I called the same store and spoke with Jake about a dopp kit I wanted to get. He was amazing as well, to say the least, treated me like family and rung me up as if I were in store, and is overnighting me a new Dopp kit to replace one I've had for over a decade. I'll never stop doing business with Lucchese, as all I've gotten is superb treatment. From the store in Charlotte, to a few of them in Fort Worth and Dallas and now, my amazing interactions with Bozeman, sells me on their brand and quality of service. The quality of their boots, leather goods and clothing is top notch as well. I'm a customer for life, plus that intoxicating smell of quality leather is unparalleled. However, the man at the counter said I couldn't use it because they closed their ski stuff up in May. He said I had to have used this by May to be able to get the wax done. That would've been nice to know! Why didn't the coupon say "valid through May 31st" ?!? Very frustrating.
